Grilled Honey-Soy Pork Steaks

Ingredients
- 2 blade pork steaks cut 1-inch thick
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons onion finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a self-sealing plastic bag; seal bag and place in refrigerator 4-24 hours. Remove steaks from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill over medium-hot coals, 7 minutes per side, turning once until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees F.
