Honey-Mustard Tenderloin

As far as flavor catalysts go, there’s nothing better than pork! In this pork tenderloin roast recipe, the pork brings out the flavor in the honey mustard perfectly. Honey mustard pork tenderloin is easy to make and sure to please whoever you’re cooking for. If you’re looking for a simple way to cook tender pork roast, this recipe is for you.
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
Preparation
Combine all ingredients but tenderloin; coat tenderloin well with sauce.
Roast in 375 degrees F oven for 20-27 minutes, basting occasionally, until meat thermometer registers 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time. Slice thinly to serve.
